This Spiritual Journal is meant for the new beginners who are interested in starting meditation. However, if the others also think it’s helpful you are welcome to use it.
If you are interested in practicing meditation from the beginning, I recommend you follow this chart to help record your own progress and do let us know if you have any questions.Ā This program was designed to help those who are interested in beginning meditation.
Please start practicing at least 10 minutes a day.
Then in the second week, increase your meditation period by 1 more minute.
In the 3rdĀ week add one more minute.
So, by the end of the course, you should be able to improve your sitting session naturally.

- Or it was difficult to focus?
Remember
Just record your feelings and emotions and your progress.
