Brief Resume of Sayalay Piyadassī
Sayalay Piyadassī is a Lithuanian nun practicing Dhamma since 2007. She was introduced to Dhamma through Goenka’s vipassana courses and immersed herself in Dhamma deeply in Myanmar where she was ordained as a nun in 2013. There she meditated at Shwe Oo Min and Pa Auk meditation centres and completed the MA in Pali and Buddhist Studies at Shan State Buddhist University. Since last year’s autumn she is sharing Dhamma in the centre she founded in Klaipeda (Alokos centras) and at retreats that her followers organise for her in Lithuania and Latvia.
