This is a self proclaimed contract you sign with yourself. So you are the one who actually knows how you work on your precepts. You must be mindful and keep on progressing. Observing Five Precepts will be very helpful to keep yourself connected to the Dhamma and it will continue to improve your self confidence. You can be a happier and healthier person always.
Remember:
- Observe Five Precepts everyday. Once or twice (morning / evening)
- Read the Pali along with the corresponding meaning.
- Determine the time duration that you are going to preserve your Five Precepts.
- Recognize your weaker Precept and pay more attention to that.
- If you break it, don’t worry too much. Observe again with more determination.
